By requesting our services, you enter into a service agreement with Gutter Gleam. We agree to provide professional gutter cleaning, installation, repair, and maintenance services in accordance with industry standards and best practices.
2. Pricing and Payment
All pricing is provided in advance through our free, no-obligation quotes. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, bank transfer, and major credit cards. Late payment may result in additional fees.
3. Scheduling and Cancellations
We work to accommodate your preferred scheduling. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.
4. Property Access and Safety
You are responsible for ensuring safe access to your property and gutters. Please inform us of any hazards, pets, or special considerations. Our team will take all reasonable safety precautions, but we are not liable for pre-existing property conditions.
5. Warranty and Guarantee
We stand behind our workmanship and offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours and we will make it right. Installation work is covered by our standard warranty as specified in your service agreement.
6. Liability and Insurance
Gutter Gleam is fully licensed and insured. We carry comprehensive liability insurance to protect your property. However, we are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, structural issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. The most current version will always be available on our website.
